Welcome to the birthing of my much-awaited wellness enterprise, KAFTAN MAMA!

WOW! What a ride it’s been to arrive at this place. 

If you're receiving this email, it means we’ve previously connected through my McLeod’s Daughters events, Horse Communicator Masterclasses, Moon Circle Gatherings, or my Doterra Essential Oils Classes & Education.

I recall sitting in an ashram in India many moons ago, when the Master I was facing said,

“We need LIONS not LAMBS” to walk the awakening path.

Nothing could be closer to the truth!

15 years ago I finally put my two feet onto a committed recovery path, having spent years in arousal, struggling with various wounded & addictive strategies and behaviors.

I’m now extremely passionate about guiding women to

Rewild themselves 

Re-member their innate sovereignty, 

Reclaim their rites of passage,

Re-attune to the cycles,

Decolonise their psyche,

Regulate their nervous systems,

Become a healer in their own home,

Embrace the career that is motherhood,

Soften into their bodies and

Curate an entrepreneurial life style inspired by their spirit.

In order to do provide this support,  I have retrained in a myriad of modalities. I have..

~ Traversed deeply into the realms of Psychotherapy, Life-Coaching & Meditation.

~ Became a trained Art Therapist & qualified Yoga teacher.

~ Studied Somatic Experiencing & Trauma Informed Care.

~ Learnt about the power of Essential Oils, Cyclical Living, Ayurvedic Kitchen Sadhana practices & the Principles of Permaculture.

~ Graduated as a Shamanic Womancraft Practitioner, First Moon Circle Facilitator & Circle Wisdom holder.

~ Provided services as a Birth & Death Doula.

~ AND some of my greatest gifts & life lessons have come from becoming a Homebirthing Mama & Mama to many fur & feathered friends

I now look forward to midwifing you through your own journey of transformation.
